Shipping Policy


WHAT do you ship?

All of our products are shippable and no restrictions apply.

WHEN do you ship?

During the school year, an order is shipped once it is complete. If the customer wishes, a partial order may be picked up at our store.

The orders placed in the spring for the following school year are shipped to the customers no later than Aug. 15th.

WHERE do you ship to?

We ship everywhere in the world with no exclusions.

HOW do you ship?

We use regular parcel post offered by Canada Post to ship orders to customers’ homes. If no one is at home when the mailman arrives, he will leave a notification card and the customer may pick up his parcel at the nearest post office.

RATES to ship?

Various rates apply for this service. Please consult your price list.

How to track an order that's been shipped?

Loft Uniforms receives a tracking number from Canada Post for every order that it ships. The customer may request the tracking number from Loft and track his parcel on-line at www.canadapost.ca. If not, the customer may request that Loft tracks his parcel for him.

In store pick up option?

Various rates apply for this service. Please consult your price list.

Recycling of packing materials?

All orders are packed in Loft Uniforms bags. These bags may be recycled through your community’s regular recycling program.
